Official Rules

Sponsor: Kim Pendergrass, Realtor® with Grow Local Realty.

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and immediate family of the sponsor are not eligible.

How to enter: To enter, you must attend one of Kim Pendergrass's open houses in person and submit this online entry form while on-site at the open house event. Entries submitted outside of an active open house event are not eligible for that week's drawing. One entry per person, per open house. Touring with a friend? Each person may submit one entry of their own. No purchase necessary. As a free alternate method of entry (AMOE), eligible individuals may request a manual entry by calling Kim at 252-432-5691; limit one alternate entry per person, per drawing week.

Drawing: One winner is randomly drawn each week from all eligible entries received during the prior week's open houses. Drawing typically held Monday. Winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact info provided on the entry form.

Prize: One (1) $25 USD digital grocery gift card per weekly drawing. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Approximate retail value (ARV): $25 USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Privacy: Entry information is used to administer the drawing and, if you opt in, to send occasional real estate updates from Kim. Your information is never sold. You can opt out at any time by contacting kim@kimpendergrass.com.

General: The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the drawing in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the sponsor's reasonable control. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and the sponsor's decisions, which are final.
